Hey, guys! So TTA's presence on Excalibur sadly came and went and after trying to hold on to hope for a very long time, we admitted that the guild has fizzled out to just a few of us and needed to merge with "Late Knight Drunkz."
This went well and hope blossomed anew … for all of about 3 months. And then sadly some drama decimated the FC. I tried for many more months to again hold on, but it was not meant to be. Lemonade Fails has chosen to remain as steward of LKD since he was the original owner of the house, while Eponine Blason and I have decided it is best to move on.
Ergo, we are moving (tonight!) to Louisoix to join a new hopeful FC started by long-time friend (since TTA!), Zoen Atlas! "Reges Aurora" was started by Zoen on Louisoix in order to play with some of his old friends IRL from his childhood that still live in Europe. As such, we expected a fair amount of lag b/t our homes in Colorado and the servers in Europe. But based on the surprising pleasant experiences of Zoen (in Florida) and playing on our alts there, lag is a non-issue! Ping (as of just now) to the Primal data center is averaging 52 ms. As expected, the round trip to the Chaos DC in Europe was longer - 145ms average. Still, that's a mere ~3/20ths of a second. And for us, that's plenty fine.
